There are no monthly fees it is a one- time fee for the QR Code or the bracelets and in addition you receive your personal profile online 24/7

Where would I be able to place the QR Code ID Angel legally and visible enough to be seen by first responders?
There are many places where you can place your QR Code label. If you are using a bike we recommend placing it in the fork on the left side as a general rule, but it is your choice. We also recommend placing a QR Code on the helmet inside.

Will the first responders realize what the ID Angel is? If so, how will they be able to access my medical history and provide proper treatment?
We are in the process of spreading the word about ID Angel for first responders, and soon it will be widely spread, meanwhile a good rule is to tell your friends where the QR Code is located and have multiple phone numbers for emergency contacts.

If I do not have the ID Angel on my body is there a way to pull up the information in a simple way on a smartphone?
Yes, you can go directly to www.idangel.com/YOURCODE and it will take you straight to your public profile.

How many ID Angel stickers do I receive per order?
You will receive 4 QR Code labels when you order ID Angel QR Codes.

Are there any other uses that ID Angel can be used for other than medical emergencies?
Yes, as a matter of fact ID Angel is very useful for not just medical emergencies but for storing medical records that can be accessed by your physician and assist them during your visits.

Can I use the ID Angel sticker to secure mobile devices like laptops, tablets, and smartphones as well and make them tamper-evident?
Yes, you can use ID Angel QR Code on any object you want to protect, and it is tamper-evident.

How secure will all my personal information including medical history be if I decide to use ID Angel?
Your information is not shared or sold in any form to any other entity, we may send you and email once in a while, but you can opt-out in case you don’t want to hear from us.

Can I tag multiple items like a car, laptop, and bicycle with the same QR code or do I need to create a custom tag each time?
We recommend to have multiple ID Angel QR Code (one per item) all of those can be under the same profile for your convenience.

Is the tags weather proof and tamper proof? Are they easily removed? Will they need replacing over time?
ID Angel QR Code is made to stand the elements, and also if something happened we will replace yours at no cost.

What materials can I attach the QR codes to?
Plastic, Aluminum, Metal, Carbon Fiber and any other flat surface.

If I ever wanted to delete all my personal and medical information will it be fully removed or will some sort of record remain?
It is your information, if you delete the data it will be erased from our system 100%

Can I create a family specific QR code and have my children’s bracelet under the same insurance profile with added options?
You can create one profile to hosts multiple items, like QR Code labels or bracelets, even thought they are under the same account for easy access all specific information is created per item.

What if the ink on the stickers fades too much to be able to scan the QR code, what do I do then?
Take a picture and send a replacement request to i@idangel.com , we will send you a new set of labels if the problem is with our material.

Will any QR code scanning application be able to read the serial code?
Yes, the QR Code is fully compliant with all reading applications created to interpret QR Codes, we have also an application available to read the code and have access to your account from your mobile device (iPhone or Android)
